William Thomas Brooke

Born: January 9, 1848.

    Brooke was educated at the City of London School. After entering commercial life, he became interested in hymnology, and learned much from Daniel Sedgwick. Originally a Baptist, Brooke moved to the Church of England in 1867. His works include:
