2 - 1 lb. blocks of Tofu,
crumbled 1 recipe of Cashew Sauce 2 t Salt 1 T Garlic Powder 1 T Onion Powder |
1 T
Lemon Juice 1 T Lime Juice 2 pkg. Stevia 1 T Dill Weed 2 T Chives |
Liquefy in blender until smooth. May add water or unsweetened soy milk to make sure it blends smooth. Refrigerate at least four hours prior to serving. Serve with your favorite bread or crackers. |
