Tofu Sour Cream*

From the Kitchen of Jill Montrose

 

1 block of Firm Tofu

1/4 C Water

3 T Lemon Juice

1/2 t Garlic Powder

2 t Onion Powder

1-1/2 t Salt

1 T Dried or Fresh Chives

Blend all ingredients except chives until smooth. Add the Dried Chives and blend very briefly just to stir them in, but not to purée them.
