Tofu Olive-Nut Spread*

From the Kitchen of Serendipity Ranch

 

1/2 block firm tofu

1 T oil

2 T liquid from olives

1/4 c pecans

1/2 c Spanish olives

2 T lemon juice

1/8 t salt
With S-blade, mix thoroughly in food processor.
