block of Tofu
1 T oil 1/2 t salt 1/4 t garlic powder 1/2 t onion powder |
1/2
t parsley
1/2 t sweet basil 1/4 t marjoram 1 T lemon juice 1/2 c soy milk of choice |
Crumble up tofu as much as possible. Add all seasonings and stir thoroughly. Add lemon juice and soy milk of choice and stir thoroughly. |
