Tofu Cheese Cake* From the Kitchen of Serendipity Ranch |
1 block firm tofu, drained
1 T vanilla 1/2 t lemon flavoring 1/2 t salt |
1/4 c oil 1/2 c honey 1/3 c lemon juice |
Whiz until creamy. Pour into a 9x9 pan lined with graham cracker crust. Bake at 350 degrees (glass 325 degrees) for 1 1/2 hours. |
