1 block tofu, drained 1/2 cup chopped onions 1/4 cup chopped peppers 1/2 c fresh sliced mushrooms 2 T chives 1 T olive oil |

Pinch of Tumeric 2 t McKay's chicken seasonings 1/4 t garlic powder 2 T yeast flakes

Mash tofu in hot skillet and add all ingredients. Scramble until desired dryness. |
