Pecan Lace Cookies From the Kitchen of Jane Torres |
On medium heat stir together: 1 stick of butter 2 T light corn syrup 1/2 c brown sugar Remove from heat and add: 3/4 c flour 2/3 c pecans, chopped; or almonds, sliced 1/2 t salt |
Drop by teaspoons on parchment paper or cookie sheet Bake at 375 for 8 - 10 minutes. Let sit 5 minutes. Cool off. |
