Peanuteena*

From the Kitchen of Serendipity Ranch

 

Mix together:
1/4 c Gluten Flour
1/4 c Rice Flour
1/2 c Corn Flour
1 3/4 c Potato Flour
2 t Salt
2 t Celery Salt
Scant 1 T Garlic Powder
Scant 1 T Onion Powder
Add to try mixture and mix well:
2 1/2 c Cold Water
3/4 c Peanut Butter

After everything is thoroughly mixed, add and mix well:
2 c Cold Water
Grease two bread dishes. Add mixture and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours or until fully cooked.
Serving Options:
1)  Slice and serve in sandwiches.
2)  Entree:  Slice. Place a layer in greased casserole dish. Orange-slice onion and place over the layer of Peanuteena. Cover with tomato soup. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
3)  Bread Spread:  Mash. Add finally chopped onion, one or two celery sticks, small can of chopped olives (can use any or all of these). Moisten with mayonnaise of your choice enough to make it easy to spread depending on how much of the Peanuteena you use.
4)  Fried:  Slice and place in hot skillet with oil in it. Can bread it if you desire. Fry until lightly brown on both sides.
