Olive's Corn Chowder From the Kitchen of Olive Nesbitt Serves 8 |
1 med. onion, chopped 1/2 green pepper, chopped 3 med. potatoes, chopped 1/2 t salt 1/4 t garlic powder |
1/4 t onion salt 1/8 t black pepper 4 c water 1 pkg. frozen corn |
Saute onion, peppers, and potatoes together until onions and peppers are softened. Add seasonings, water, and corn. Bring to a boil and then simmer for an hour. Serves eight. |
