Multi-Grain Bread 2* From the Kitchen of Serendipity Ranch |
4 c warm water 2 T honey 1/4 c oil 2 T salt 3 T yeast 1/8 c buckwheat flour 1/8 c oat flour 1/8 c soy flour |
1/4 c rice flour |
Mix together all ingredients. Let rise for half an hour. Make into four loaves and place in bread pans. Let rise for 45 minutes to an hour depending on warmth of kitchen. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes |
