Millet Loaf*

From the Kitchen of Serendipity Ranch

 

Bring 3 c salted water to a boil, stir in 1 c millet; simmer with lid on for 30 min.

In blender whiz:

1 c cashews

2 T sesame seeds

1 c hot water

1/4 t onion powder

3/4 t salt

1/4 t summer savory

1-10 3/4 oz. can tomato puree

Pour in large mixing bowl, add cooked millet, and 1 lg. can of black olives, chopped. Mix thoroughly, pour into Pam sprayed 9x11 in. baking dish, and bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 min.
