Lentil Loaf* From the Kitchen of Serendipity Ranch |
2 c cooked lentils 2 c rolled oats 1 T oil |
1/2 t garlic powder 1/2 t salt 1/2 t onion powder |
Mix together all ingredients. This loaf should be moist but not runny. Use leftover lentils, but season to your taste after adding dry ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 - 60 mins. in a Pam sprayed 9x9 in. pan or loaf pan. Garnish with catsup/barbecue sauce and parsley before serving. |
