| Harvard Beets* From the Kitchen of Serendipity Ranch |
2 cans beets 1/4 c lemon juice 1/4 c liquid from beets |
1/4 c sugar 1 T cornstarch 1 T oil |
| Drain beets. Mix lemon juice, liquid from beets, sugar, cornstarch, and oil together. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from stove and add beets. | |
