Easy Chocolate Fudge From the Kitchen of Elanor Goodman |
1 2/3 cups sugar 1 small can evaporated milk 1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 1/2 cups small marshmallows 1 (6 ounce) package chocolate chips 1 teaspoon vanilla |
Mix sugar, milk and salt. Heat over medium heat to boiling. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add marshmallows, chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir until chips and marshmallows are completely melted. Pour into a square pan. Cut into squares when completely cool. |
