Both Forget-Me-Not species feature exquisite, typically blue springtime flowers, tiny but profuse. Annual or biennial. To 6 - 12 inches. Soft, hairy leaves, 1/2 - 2 inches long, set closely along stem. Clear blue, white-eyed flowers to 1/2 inches wide loosely cover upper stems. Flowers and seeds profusely for a long season, beginning in late winter or early spring. With habit of reseeding, plant will persist in garden for years unless weeded out.
