Zebra

Names: Zebra. There are various kinds, including the Grevy's Zebra and the Mountain Zebra.
Origin: One of the horse's closest relatives, it is (according to the evolution theory) descended from Equus. (I do not know exactly what to think about the different ancient types--as far as I'm concerned, God could have made the horse, donkey, and zebra all separately.
Breeding:
Description: It displays many features of primitive pony types, such as the upright mane and stocky body. Zebra markings sometimes appear on the flanks and legs of ancient breeds such as the Tarpan and the Mongolian Wild Horse (or Przewalski).
