Bay Leaf Loaf From the Kitchen of Judy Shultz Serves 6 - 8 |
Grind
together: 2 c gluten burger 1 c walnuts 1 medium onion 1/2 c cracker or bread crumbs 6-8 Bay leaves |
Add in bowl: 3 eggs 1/2 c oil 3/4 t salt 1 t Vegex (or 1 t soy sauce + 1 t yeast flakes) 1 c hot water |
Place in baking dish. Bake in a 350 degree F. oven for 1 hour. Serve with desired gravy or cranberry sauce. |
